What happened in the first six months of this year?  Based on MLS® statistics for  residential properties (not including condos), things in the Sandy Hill have remained relatively stable.

2008 – 34 units sold at an average price of $457,041 with average DOM of 39.

2009 – 31 units sold at an average price of $512,512 with average DOM of 39.

The Sandy Hill Area:  Staying True.
