Ottawa Real Estate Sales - Crystal Beach - MLS® Area 7002

This weekend I spent some time driving around Crystal Beach.  If you wonder where this is, drive west on Carling Avenue until you see the Nepean Sailing Club and voila - you are at Crystal Beach.  Right now there are four homes for sale, 2 bungalows, 1 - 2 storey and 1 - 3 storey home. 

Since January 1, 2009, 34 homes were sold in Crystal Beach as follows:

 

Most homes were built in the early 1960s.  The average Days on Market was 24 days with sold prices ranging from $230,000 - $472,000.  The average sold price was $333,432.
