Civic Hospital Housing Market Today – MLS® Listings

As of this morning,  7 residential units are for sale in the Civic Hospital Area ( MLS® area 4504).  One of these is a semi-detached.  The price range for these units is from $399,000 to $1,135,000.  The average price is $691,928.    

In the past 90 days, 11 homes (2 semi and 9 detached) sold at an average sold price of $586,045 with the DOM ranging from 1 – 58 with the average being 24 days.   

All of the homes that are currently for sale or sold in the past 90 days are 2 or 3 storey units.    

These statistics do not include condos, multiple family dwellings and private sales.

Bells Corner Housing Market Today – MLS® Listings

As of this morning,  6 residential units are for sale in Bells Corner/Lynwood Village/Arbeatha Park (MLS® areas 7803-7805).  Two of these units are trailers.  The prices for the four detached homes range from $314,900 to $450,000.  The average price is $355,425.    

In the past 90 days, 8 homes (1 semi and 7 detached bungelows) sold at an average sold price of $322,937 with an average DOM ranging from 2 – 106 with the average being 37 days.     

These statistics do not include condos, multiple family dwellings and private sales.

Elmvale Acres Housing Market Today – MLS® Listings

As of this morning,  11 residential units are for sale in Elmvale Acres/Urbandale (MLS® areas 3701 – 3703).  Prices range from $309,900 to $559,900.  The average price is $368,400.  Ten of these units are detached and there is one semi-detached.    

In the past 90 days, 21 homes sold at an average sold price of $355,295 with an average DOM of 16 days.  The range was 3 to 98 days.   

These statistics do not include condos, multiple family dwellings and private sales.

Upper Hunt Club Housing Market Today – MLS® Listings

As of this morning,  2 residential units are for sale in Upper Hunt Club (MLS® area 2608).  Prices are just below $600,000 for these two units. Both are detached two storey homes that have been on the market for several months.  

In the past 90 days, 3 homes sold at an average sold price of $483,366 with an average DOM of 51 days.   

This is a very small MLS® area where there will be few houses available at any one time.  

These statistics do not include condos, multiple family dwellings and private sales.

Embrun Housing Market Today – MLS® Listings

As of this morning,  30 residential units are for sale in Embrun (MLS® area 602).  Prices range from $149,900 to $599,900.   The average list price is $315,294.  Included  are 29 detached units and 1 semi.  Of the 30, 20 are 2-storey homes, 7 bungalows, 2 split levels and 1 side by side.

In the past 90 days, 37 homes sold at an average sold price of $298,294 with an average DOM of 38 days ranging from 0 to 170 days.   Home sales ranged from $127,000 to $486,500. 

Embrun has become a bedroom community for Ottawa.  The land prices are less expensive and builders are keeping to mid-range prices.  Of the 37 homes sold, 22 were built at or after the year 2000.  As with the homes currently for sale, the homes sold were almost 100% detached units (only one semi-detached was sold).  In this current long stretch of high temperatures, being a throw from the Calypso Water Park is just one of the perks for being in Embrun. 

These statistics do not include multiple family dwellings, condos or private sales.

Golden Triangle Housing Market Today – MLS® Listings

As of this morning,  6 residential units are for sale in the Golden Triangle (MLS® area 4104).  Prices range from $429,900 to $819,000.   The average list price is $675,600.  Included  are 3 detached units, 2 semis and 1 row.

In the past 90 days, 6 homes sold at an average sold price of $683,666 with an average DOM of 13 days ranging from 1 to 31.  

This is a very centrally located neighbourhood with lots of rental spaces for the University of Ottawa and federal employees in Ottawa on assignment.  Many of the buildings are condos.  Today there are three condos for sale and 9 have sold in the past 90 days at an average price of $331,333 and with and average of 32 days on the market.

These statistics do not include multiple family dwellings and private sales.

Hintonburg Housing Market Today – MLS® Listings

As of this morning,  5 residential units are for sale in Hintonburg / Mechanicsville (MLS® areas 4201 through 4203).  The prices range from $322,500 to $524,000.   The average list price is $397,840.  Included in these 5 detached units are two duplexes up/down.

In the past 90 days, 18 homes sold at an average sold price of $352,022 with an average DOM of 16 days ranging from 1 to 76.   This is a very eclectic housing neighbourhood with 7 detached homes, 5 row, and 6 semi-detached units sold.  Included was a store with 3 apartments.  This would have normally shown as commercial property. 

Hintonburg is all about location and a future as people want to move into affordable housing near the city centre.

Old Ottawa South Housing Market Today – MLS® Listings

As of this morning,  17 residential units are for sale in Old Ottawa South (MLS® areas 4403 and 4404).  The prices range from $399,900 to $1,139,000.   The average list price is $714,321.  There are 3 semi detached units, 2 row and 12 detached homes.

In the past 90 days, 29 homes sold at an average sold price of $530,997 with an average DOM of 18 days ranging from 0 to 117. 

These statistics do not include condos and private sales.

The Glebe Housing Market Today – MLS® Listings

As of this morning,  18 residential units are for sale in the Glebe (MLS® areas 4401 and 4402).  The prices range from $369,900 to $1,839,000.   There are 6 semi detached units and 12 detached homes.

In the past 90 days, 27 homes sold at an average sold price of $619,960 with an average DOM of 16 days ranging from 2 to 79 days.
