Bridlewood Housing Market Today – MLS® Listings

As of this afternoon,  25 residential units are for sale in the Bridlewood Area ( MLS® area 9004).  Twenty-one are detached and 4 are row units.  The price range for these units is from $265,900 to $629,900.  The average price is $359,332.    

In the past 90 days, 42 homes (1 semi, 14 row and 27 detached) sold at an average sold price of $344,946 with the DOM ranging from 1 – 119 with the average being 29 days.   

There is also one condo unit for sale. 

The Grapevine shows eleven units for sale in the Bridlewood-Kanata area.
